Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

6. Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, shipments may be divided for faster delivery.

8. Delivery Issues
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your order:

Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Climavibe.com is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned due to address errors, the customer will bear the cost for reshipping.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
Climavibe.com is not responsible for packages lost after handoff to the carrier.
If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with supporting photos at support@climavibe.com so we can assist you.
11. Unclaimed or Refused Packages
Packages that are unclaimed, refused, or returned due to incorrect information may incur return shipping costs and/or reshipping fees at the customer’s expense.
